Meet Dr. Marvin Yau, GDip (Dent), BOH (Dent Sci), a passionate dental professional who completed his studies at Griffith University in sunny Queensland, sponsored by the Australian Defence Force. With a background in the Royal Australian Army Dental Corps, Marvin gained extensive experience working directly under specialist prosthodontists and periodontists. Now settled in Melbourne with his wife Reina and daughter Isla, Marvin has embraced the vibrant community of Surrey Hills.
Committed to providing quality and ethical care, Marvin takes a comprehensive approach to dental health, ensuring patients fully understand their treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. With a focus on surgical procedures, Marvin excels in implant surgery, bone grafting and wisdom teeth removal, continuously refining his skills through international travels, notably to the United States, to learn the latest in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Marvin's dedication to excellence is reflected in his certifications, including being a Member of the Australian Dental Association, a graduate of the Kois Centre of Excellence in Seattle for full-mouth rehabilitation, and completing the Master Implant Program at the Brener Implant Institute.
